Brian Davidson

Brian has been working in Fire, EMS and Rescue for the last 14 years. He began his career with a volunteer department in southern Utah, which ultimately sparked his desire to join the Fire Service. He has worked with multiple fire departments, and currently works at Salt Lake City Fire Department. For the past 8 years he has had the opportunity to serve on the Heavy Rescue Team with Salt Lake City.

Brian has thrived on the challenges and opportunities that Technical Rescue has offered in his career. He has valued teaching Technical Rescue skills at Salt Lake City’s Heavy Rescue School and New Recruit Academy. He constantly seeks to improve and challenge his Technical Rescue skill set by taking rescue courses, like the National Cave Rescue Commission training in Texas, and participating in a Rope Rescue Competition in Salt Lake City.
