Mammals are Mammals – Applying Your Emergency Medical Service Training to Patients With More Than Two Legs

Emergencies come in all forms: automobile accidents, snake bites, lacerations, burns, heatstroke, poisoning, seizures, etc. They can arise at any time and in any location. Some of these emergencies occur in non-human patients. This class will familiarize you with the first aid basics and how to approach each of these emergencies in canine and feline patients that first responders may encounter. This lecture will also provide detailed information to help you assemble everything you’ll need in a first-aid kit for a four-legged medical emergency or health issue.

This lecture is highly recommended for all K9 Handlers and K9 owners.
