Buddy to Boss – Surviving Leadership
Often the best clinical people aspire to leadership in organizations and once they get there may not survive the new position. It takes a lot more than good intentions to help a new manager survive long enough to do any good. This presentation is about learning some new skills of “administrative survival” to be around long enough to do some good. Experienced managers who have attended this presentation have commented that it was worth years of trial and error and wish they had heard it earlier in their career.
