Bringing Critical Care Into Disaster Medicine
Natural and manmade disasters happen all the time and no area is exempt from their impact. This presentation will discuss the traditional disaster medical model and present that our current thinking is outdated. We will discuss case presentation of a disaster response where tradition was replaced with the integration of advanced and critical care treatments to provide better care and improve survivability in our patients.
