From our initial training days we are taught assessment steps and techniques to identify our patients condition and needs. These techniques don’t always lend to our ability to think outside the box. In this presentation we will delve into the detailed assessment and the common pitfalls and mistakes that are made which can often lead to a misdiagnosis and sometimes fatal.
