Dr. Aziz Farhat

Abdelaziz Farhat MD is a Pediatric Critical Care Physician at Timpanogos Regional Hospital and currently serves as HCA’s MountainStar Division Medical Director for Pediatrics. Beyond his clinical duties, Dr. Farhat actively engages in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery for pediatric patients throughout the healthcare system. Dr. Farhat’s approach to care is characterized by a keen interest in standardizing and formulating care protocols. He is committed to implementing objective assessments and evaluating outcomes, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Farhat has a strong interest in teaching. He serves as a clinical assistant/associate professor at several local medical schools, where he mentors third- and fourth-year medical students during their clinical education. He also frequently collaborates with first responder crews across Utah, sharing his expertise to help them increase their understanding of pediatric care.
