EJ has over 25 years in EMS, most of which in a large, municipal agency where he spent 5 years as the Medical Training Officer tasked with CME and recertification for over 300 certified Paramedics. EJ is currently a Captain, Paramedic with Draper City Fire Department. EJ has many years of educating and speaking locally and nationally. While at UFA, EJ developed and rolled out a mobile simulation lab that was utilized for hands-on simulation training of providers in the field. This asset has been used by several local agencies as well as local ED and Trauma Centers in accomplishment of meeting their respective missions of training for excellence.
