Traumatic orthopedic injuries can frequently be among the most visually disturbing and anxiety provoking encounters for both pre-hospital providers and their patients. They can also commonly present a life or limb threatening situation.

1. Review of major orthopedic injuries where pre-hospital management and intervention can improve outcomes and/or provide significant benefit to patients
2. Review specific interventions that can improve patient care
