1. The student will learn about Apgar scoring, and how to assign them.
2. The student will learn initial steps of newborn resuscitation.
3. The student will learn correct airway management and different modes available for neonates.
4. The student will learn tips for managing a pre term infant in the field.

Come join Amber Coleman while she teaches her passion on caring for newborns.  Students will leave feeling more comfortable when managing an infant immediately after birth.  Infant manikins will be available in class for specific hands-on training.
